Whole Lamb Reservation (For Harvest & Consumption)
We have been raising our lambs with care and intention since 2016. Each lamb is raised with access to diverse native forage, resulting in a delicious, tender flavor.
Tradition & Seasonal Demand
Lamb has long been a centerpiece in many cultural and religious traditions around the world. We regularly provide lamb for families celebrating:
Greek Easter and Orthodox Easter traditions
Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha in Muslim communities
Passover and other Jewish holidays
Easter Sunday and Christmas in Christian households
Various Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, and European celebrations
Due to this seasonal demand, we recommend reserving your lamb by making a deposit well in advance of major holidays.
Pricing & Reservation
Pricing for live lamb for consumption is based on size and timing but typically priced between $300 to $375.
A $100 deposit secures your reservation and place in line. After your deposit is received, we will coordinate a pickup timeline based on your needs.
Wait times can range from immediate availability to several months, especially around major holidays. Payment for the remaining amount is due at the scheduled pick up time.
